'GOBINDA' - TORTOISE SHELL - GLASSES FRAMES BY KOPAJOS - as worn by Mitch
Gobinda suits broad faces, thanks to its wide, squared lenses. The short bridge balances the lack of nose pads. Even if the temples are thick, the metal core inside is easy to bend, so the fit can be adjusted at your own convenience.

KOPAJOS - MYKONOS - THE STORY
The story begins with a local artisan who crafted his own shapes in a small workshop, producing very resistant glasses in various materials. The great quality was noticed even by Aristoteles Onassis in the ’60. The legend goes that after a fight with Maria Callas, she broke his sunglasses by rage. Still, the old craftsman repaired them, changing the temples with some thicker, so she wouldn’t be able anymore to destroy them. The relevant legacy has been collected to bring Kopajos into a new era. Mykonos and its own international vocation was the perfect scenario where to continue this family tradition. Our sunglasses result from high-quality standards and unique designs, both classic and innovative, keeping in mind the values the founder passed on to us. This is how our sunglasses got international recognition. In 2019 it was also time for Santorini, so we opened a new store in the beautiful town of Oia, where you can see one of the most breath-taking sunsets of your life.
