Click & collect is available from our Newport Beach store. Shop 2/366-368 Barrenjoey Rd, Newport NSW 2106
For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post.
We offer FREE domestic shipping for orders over $300, excluding art, furniture & lighting.
For orders under $300, a $14.95 flat rate will apply. AUS Post Standard Shipping arrives within 5-8 working days from the date your order has been shipped.
We also offer Express Shipping for $19.95 for all domestic orders up to $300 within Australia.
For orders over $300, Express Shipping is $23.95.
We use Australia Post Express Airmail, which provides you with online tracking information. AUS POST Express arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
Selected items are subject to click and collect only, which is stated in the products description. If you’re wanting to ship other items you’ll need to create a seperate order.
If an item is click and collect only but you would like it shipped, please email us at email@example.com. We will provide you with a shipping quote and do our best to assist you.
We ship our Lamp Shades & Bases via Standard Shipping. We charge a flat rate per item:
Lamp Shades are shipped for $29.95 each.
Lamp Bases are shipped for $35 each.
Please note: In the current climate there may be network delays impacting these timeframes which are not within the control of mitch and mark HOME. Estimated delivery times maybe between 5 and 14 business days. Please allow adequate time to ensure your delivery reaches you in time.
We ship internationally via Australia Post. Local customs and duties may apply.

We ship our Lamp Shades & Bases via Standard Shipping to New Zealand only. We charge a flat rate per item:
Lamp Shades are shipped for $39 each.
Lamp Bases are shipped for $45 each.
If you'd like our Lamp Shades & Bases shipped somewhere other than Australia & New Zealand, please email us at email@example.com. We will provide you with a shipping quote and do our best to assist you.
- mitch and mark HOME are committed to provide high quality homewares to our customers, that bring joy and enhance life.
- All products are checked to ensure they meet our quality standards before they are despatched. We understand sometimes human error will occur.
- We ask that upon receipt of your goods, you check the quality and quantity of products received. If any are faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We are happy to issue a store credit for change of mind.
- Please return at your own expense (we recommend tracking/signature).
- To enquire about making a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Should the item need to be returned we will evaluate the fault.
- Should the item not be replaceable or repairable, we will notify you that a refund will be made. Refunds are made only to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Allow 14 days for the credit to be processed.
- Please note, our photographs reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings, and these variations will not be considered as a fault.
